Repairing or replacing a fence can be costly and time consuming.. Pests, neighbors and the weather can all contribute to the deterioration of your property's fence. When replacing or adding a new fence there are many options such as vinyl, wood, chain-link, and Hardie fencing.

Vinyl fences come in many colors, are basically maintenance free, pest-resistant, and are aesthetically pleasing. Vinyl fencing is also available in full panel or picket style. After installing your vinyl fence, it won't need to be stained like traditional wooden fences.
Wood Fencing
Wood fences are also an affordable fencing option,.

Many older homes have existing wood fences. Due to inflation and other economic reasons, it can make more sense to repair the existing fence than to replace it. wood fences can easily be repaired to create a uniform look. The downside to some wood fences is they are more susceptible to pests like insects and woodpeckers, are less weather-resistant than other fencing materials, and usually require upkeep like staining to keep the wood in good condition. However, Cedarwood and Redwood is more resistant to pests and Cedarwood is also more weather resistant than other woods.

Chain-link Fencing
While chain-link fences don't offer a lot in the way of privacy, they got the job done. Many HOA's require homeowners to have some type of fencing around their property. Chain-link fencing is also cheap and affordable. Trending is weaving vinyl strips through the chain-link.
